We're exicited to announce a new feature to brickd: Collaborative Collections!
With the latest version on brickd, you can now create collaborative collections where up to 5 friends can add to shared list, create shared build notes and more! This is great if you want to build together, but want the collection item to appear on both accounts. You can also create shared build notes, so if one person builds bag 1, and the other person builds bag 2, you can both enter a build note for the shared item.
How does it work? To get started, you can create a new collection (or edit an existing collection) to toggle the "Collaboration" setting. After saving, you will be able to manage members via the "..." on the top right. On this screen you'll be able to see members, and ones you have invited. Once you invite a member, they will receive a notificaiton to accept or reject the invite.
When a member joins your shared collection, they will have an ability to add new sets the collection, remove collection items, edit collection details (but not delete), and add build notes to existing collection items.
Check out the update today (version 1.2.2) on iOS or Android, and let us know what think on X, or Instagram.
